Due to the handcrafted and, in some cases, personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has begun.

For any personalised items, we will contact you directly after your order is placed to confirm names, dates, messages, or other details.

Please check your inbox (and junk/spam folder) and respond promptly to avoid delays.

Once you have approved the details and production begins, changes cannot be made. We cannot be held responsible for errors in personalisation provided by the customer, so please double-check all information before confirming.

No Returns or Exchanges

  • Crafted using natural ingredients
  • Made-to-order or personalised

we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
